Project Name: Risk Management
BOI needed to prepare new hires across departments to manage risk not avoid it, since risk is inevitable in banking, while also ensuring their decisions reflected what BOI stands for.
We ran a SWOT analysis on BOI and an individual SWOT on each participant, then split them into groups to build and defend presentations in fully interactive sessions.
Different departments related to risk differently, so sessions had to flex without losing depth. Keeping it practical paid off and participants left eager to apply what they'd built themselves.
